We are seeking a motivated and organized Junior Project Manager to join our dynamic Operations Team. In this role, you will support research projects from kick-off through delivery—tracking timelines, costs, and participant engagement—so our clients gain the insights they need to build innovative products.

Key Responsibilities:

* Coordinate with cross-functional teams to develop project plans that meet client requirements, timelines, and business objectives.
* Track budgets, costs, and timelines using Google Sheets or similar tools, and flag variances early.
* Guide and support research project team members to keep tasks on track and aligned with study objectives.
* Monitor study execution to ensure research protocols are followed and high-quality data is collected, validated, and stored accurately.
* Collaborate with the Panel Management team to confirm recruitment goals and monitor participant progress.
* Document best practices, FAQs, and template materials to streamline future projects.
* Log bugs or technical issues and escalate to the appropriate internal teams.
* Contribute ideas to improve internal processes and reduce manual effort.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in Communications, Business, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
* 2+ years of experience in project coordination, user-experience operations, research support, or related roles.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Strong organizational skills with great attention to detail and follow-through.
* Comfortable working independently in a distributed, rapidly changing environment.
* Proficient with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides) or similar productivity suites.
