Role Overview
This dynamic position involves supporting talent banking practices for qualified candidates matching client job requirements. As an IT Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for ensuring candidates possess the correct skillset, experience, and qualifications. You will also source new candidates using resources and networks for active and prospective opportunities.
* Develop effective sourcing strategies to identify top talent.
* Collaborate with internal teams to deliver excellent service and drive business growth.
* Monitor and post job openings/responses on various web search engines and company websites.
* Utilize the company's Candidate Management System and leverage web searches, networking, and advertising to find ideal candidates.
* Maintain open communication channels with Recruiters/Sales Consultants to share best practices and market intelligence.
* Stay informed about industry trends and gather insights from candidates, client interactions, and press articles.
* Track lead generation performance and demonstrate accountability in identifying new opportunities.
* Nurture relationships with new and existing candidates within their assigned industry and/or discipline.
* Fluent English.
* 12-18 months of experience in IT recruitment.
* Dynamic personality with the ability to work with well-defined processes.
* Ambitious goals with the ability to handle pressure in a fast-paced environment.
