With a footprint across 40 nations, NIIT offers training and development solutions to Individuals, Enterprises, and Institutions. We are seeking a Training Coordinator to support our Operations team in Frankfurt.
The role requires delivering outstanding service to customers. You will work closely with the customer's learning delivery team and be responsible for coordinating training session delivery. Key responsibilities include analyzing training needs, managing requests for sessions creation and modification, organizing training sessions according to trainees' expectations and availability, calibrating and coordinating with the Indian team, following up for attendance and invoices, and ensuring adherence to workflow and processes using the CRM tool.
We seek a candidate with 2-4 years of experience in learning delivery management and/or operations, exposure to an international work environment, a high-level understanding of the training landscape, customer service-oriented posture, team player skills, ability to communicate clearly and concise thoughts, attention to detail, structured and organized, proficient in MS Office, Excel, SharePoint, knowledge of Salesforce or any other CRM, and fluent in English.
