We are seeking a highly skilled Partner Success Specialist to join our team. This individual will be responsible for managing partner relationships, ensuring seamless onboarding processes, and driving business growth through collaboration and market research.
Responsibilities
* Act as a trusted advisor for partners on business matters related to our platform.
* Foster strong, long-term relationships with partners via personal and online meetings, positioning our platform as a reliable and easy-to-work-with provider.
* Participate in industry-related expos and events.
* Conduct regular communication sessions with partners to provide updates, address concerns, and strengthen collaboration.
* Assist in resolving partner concerns and mitigating dissatisfaction.
* Encourage partners to share expertise within the community.
* Facilitate connections between partners and other teams.
* Monitor partner compliance with community policies and rules.
Requirements
* Bachelor degree.
* Experience in sales or customer service roles in IT sphere.
* Full professional proficiency in English, Portuguese and Spanish at a working fluent level.
* Recorded public speaking experience would be considered as a big plus.
* Excellent memory, developed logical thinking, the ability to analyze information and draw conclusions from it
* Time-management skills in saturated work environment
* High productivity and speed of work
