As a seasoned Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) professional, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth and strategic decision-making. Your expertise will be instrumental in delivering actionable insights to inform investment decisions, optimize resource allocation, and enhance overall organizational performance.
Key Responsibilities
* Reporting Performance: You will be responsible for analyzing and reporting financial results across various entities, providing detailed breakdowns of key metrics and identifying areas for improvement.
* Forecasting and Budgeting: With a strong focus on data-driven decision making, you will develop and maintain accurate forecasts and budgets, ensuring alignment with business objectives and strategic initiatives.
* Process Validation and Reporting: Your analytical skills will be essential in validating and reporting specific processes, ensuring seamless execution and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Requirements
* 4-6 years of related experience in FP&A or a similar field.
* Proven work experience in insurance companies, preferably in Property and Casualty Insurance, but Life Insurance background is also acceptable.
* Bachelor's Degree in Actuarial Science, Economics, Administration, Finance, or a related field.
* Fluency in English.
Business Skills
* Advanced proficiency in Database/BI Apps/Financial Modeling, including forecasting, planning, and business case modeling.
Software/Tool Skills
* Intermediate SQL skills.
* Advanced Excel skills.
* Intermediate Power BI skills.
* Desirable: SAP Analytics Cloud.
