Job Title: Business Analyst Support SpecialistThe Business Analyst Support Specialist will collaborate with stakeholders to identify, document and analyze business requirements. This role involves working closely with various teams and stakeholders to gather, develop and execute test plans for high-quality solutions.Key Responsibilities:Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit and document business requirements.Assist in defining acceptance criteria and support user acceptance testing UAT.Develop and maintain test cases and scripts for functional regression and integration testing.Identify, document and track defects, working closely with developers to ensure timely resolution.Support training and communication efforts related to new or updated ServiceNow functionality.Maintain clear and concise documentation for both business requirements and testing activities.Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality and efficiency.Required Skills & Qualifications:• 2-3 years of combined business analysis and quality assurance experience with ServiceNow ITSM/ITOM modules preferred.• Experience using Automated Test Framework ATF and/or other tools for test automation.• Understanding of software development lifecycle SDLC testing methodologies and business analysis best practices.• Strong analytical problem-solving and communication skills.• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.• Ability to establish strong relationships internally and externally.• Experience with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.ServiceNow Certified System Administrator a plus.
