We are seeking an SAP Technical Cutover Manager who wants to learn and grow professionally.
About the Role:
This is a technical leadership position that involves managing all aspects of SAP cutover activities, including coordination with project teams, stakeholders and key business leaders.
Main Responsibilities:
* Co-lead end-to-end SAP technical activities to ensure successful localization and deployment of SAP S/4HANA in RISE private cloud in MS Azure.
* Lead and coordinate technical tasks throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring completion of all required activities on time and within budget.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including K-C leadership, project managers, functional leads, technical platform leads and SAP developers to achieve project goals and objectives.
* Manage traceability between technical requirements, business requirements, deliverables and testing activities to ensure defect-free solutions.
* Provide guidance and mentorship to other team members and adhere to industry best practices for SAP S/4HANA cutover management.
* Track and report project progress, risks, issues and decisions through project management tools and meetings.
Requirements:
* At least 5 years of experience in SAP technical cutover management or a related technical leadership role.
* Strong understanding of SAP modules and their integration points.
* Prior hands-on experience with SAP configuration, development and troubleshooting is required.
* Excellent communication, coordination and stakeholder management skills.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Preferred Skills:
* Experience with successful SAP S/4HANA cutovers.
* Familiarity with Agile and hybrid waterfall project methodologies.
