About the Role:
We are looking for a visionary Senior Web Manager to lead the transformation of our marketing website into a high-performing, modern digital engine. In this role, you will be the primary owner of our marketing website, sisense.Com, responsible for everything from day-to-day maintenance to leading strategic initiatives that streamline the back-end experience for our marketing team.
You will be a key driver in evolving our current WordPress platform into a more efficient, scalable system. We are looking for a candidate who is not only a WordPress expert but also brings experience with modern web systems like Webflow or Contentful to help guide our long-term digital roadmap.
Key Responsibilities:
* Strategic Web Leadership: Own the overarching strategic vision for web projects, including design, development, and optimization efforts that support annual marketing goals.
* Custom Development & Design: Go beyond basic management to create custom web pages and reusable components that enhance our site's flexibility and user experience.
* Back-End Transformation: Lead the evolution of our website's back-end to create a more streamlined, user-friendly experience for internal marketing content creators.
* Platform Management: Oversee the functionality and performance of our current WordPress platform while evaluating and potentially integrating new tools like Webflow or Contentful.
* Performance & Optimization: Monitor and report on key metrics (traffic, conversion rates, SEO, page speed) and execute A/B tests to drive continuous improvement.
* Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Demand Gen, Product Marketing, Brand, and IT teams to ensure the website accurately represents our brand and delivers qualified leads.
* Vendor & Technical Management: Manage relationships with external agencies and developers, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope.
What We're Looking For:
* Experience: 5–8+ years in web management or digital strategy, ideally within a high-growth B2B SaaS environment.
* Technical Proficiency: Deep expertise in WordPress (current platform of record) is required. Strong preference for candidates with hands-on experience in Webflow or Contentful.
* Frontend Skills: Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to build and troubleshoot custom web components.
* SEO & Analytics: Advanced knowledge of technical SEO principles and web analytics tools like GA4 and Google Tag Manager.
* Project Management: Proven ability to manage complex website redesigns or migrations from strategy through execution.
* Mindset: A data-driven, self-starter who can translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders and is passionate about building a best-in-class digital experience.
