We're looking for a Senior UX/UI Designer to join our team on an initial 12 month Fixed Term Contract. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creativity and take on a proactive, hands-on approach.
Responsibilities:
* Conduct comprehensive user research to understand target audiences and their needs.
* Create wireframes and prototypes to visualize and communicate design concepts.
* Design visually appealing and responsive user interfaces.
* Iterate designs based on user feedback and usability testing results.
* Document design decisions, rationale, and guidelines for reference and collaboration.
The successful candidate will have at least five years of experience as a UI/UX designer, be experienced in making designs for the web, and have experience with Figma. Experience with Jira would be an advantage.
