Responsibilities- Maintain and update project schedules, aligning baselines, deadlines, and deliverables.- Track budgets, financial forecasts, and cost/variance analysis.- Prepare consolidated reports on performance, cost, risk, and status.- Support Project Managers to ensure project processes run efficiently.- Reconcile invoices and ensure financial data integrity.- Monitor compliance with corporate policies, regulatory requirements, and governance.- Prepare analytical insights, trends, and indicators for leadership presentations.- Track documentation, changes, risks, and issues.- Use data proactively to highlight risks and support corrective actions.- Provide general PMO support, including data collection and reporting.Requirements- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.- 3+ years in Project Coordination / PMO / Project Controls.- Experience with MS Project (preferred) and schedule management.- Strong analytical skills for working with budgets, cost control, and financial analysis.- Strong communication, organization, and stakeholder interaction skills.- Experience working with cross functional project teams.- Experience with change management and process monitoring.
