We're expanding our performance marketing team and looking for a PPC Specialist focused on Lead Generation who can help us drive high-quality leads for our clients across various industries.
Role Overview
You will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing lead generation PPC campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram).
You'll work closely with our PPC Lead, who will collaborate with you on strategy, while you focus on hands-on campaign management, optimization, and performance scaling.
This is a data-driven, execution-focused role — perfect for someone who knows how to get real results through structured testing, smart targeting, and creative optimization.
Key Responsibilities
* Plan, launch, and optimize Google and Meta Ads campaigns focused on lead generation for service-based clients.
* Build and manage Search, Display, and Performance Max campaigns optimized for lead volume and quality.
* Develop Meta Ads funnels, including prospecting, remarketing, and retargeting campaigns.
* Conduct A/B testing on creative, copy, landing pages, and offers to maximize CTR and conversion rates.
* Implement precise conversion tracking via GA4, GTM, and CRM integrations, ensuring full-funnel visibility.
* Manage campaign budgets, pacing, and bid strategies to achieve target CPL and ROI.
* Analyze data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and scaling opportunities across channels.
* Collaborate with copywriters, designers, and the creative director to produce effective ad creatives.
* Prepare performance reports with actionable insights and optimization recommendations.
* Stay current with PPC trends, platform updates, and best practices for lead generation.
Required Skills & Experience
* 3+ years of hands-on experience running profitable lead generation PPC campaigns ($30K+/month ad spend).
* Proven success managing Google Search, Display, and Meta Ads for B2B or service-based clients.
* Strong understanding of funnel optimization, audience segmentation, and conversion tracking.
* Proficiency with GA4, GTM, and UTM tracking, including CRM and pixel integrations.
* Data-driven mindset with the ability to make quick, informed optimization decisions.
* Excellent written English and communication skills for reporting and collaboration.
* Experience managing campaigns across multiple client accounts or verticals.
Nice to Have
* Experience with LinkedIn Ads or YouTube Ads for B2B lead generation.
* Knowledge of landing page optimization tools (e.g., Unbounce, Instapage, or Webflow).
* Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM platforms (HubSpot, GoHighLevel, etc.).
* Experience with North American markets and service-based industries.
* Understanding of lead quality tracking and offline conversion imports.
