Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Training Coordinator to join our team. This role will support customers in Frankfurt and be responsible for delivering training sessions.
As a Training Coordinator, you will work closely with the customer's learning delivery team and be the key contact point for all local stakeholders.
You will be responsible for analyzing training needs, initiating and managing requests for session creation and modification, and organizing training sessions according to trainees' expectations and availability.
The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in learning delivery management and/or operations, exposure to an international work environment, and high-level understanding of the training landscape.
