PayRetailers is a payment gateway designed to handle mass online payments to the Latin American market. The company combines local markets expertise with payment technology enabling global merchants to successfully expand their business into high growth, emerging markets while eliminating the many operational complexities of managing cross-border payments.
Alongside our Country Manager and Strategy Manager, the Head of Sales will be responsible to develop new strategies to increase the growth of the business by closing new merchants in the brazilian market.
**Job Duties and Responsibilities**:
- You will lead and support our sales team, helping them to create new business opportunities mainly by outbound leads.
- Elaborate detailed sales reports on key performance criteria and present accurate monthly forecasts.
- Evaluating continuosly and developing the selling process - innovate sales strategies.
- Establish a strong relationship with our Key Account Managers, Product Owners and Operations team in order to develop the best relationship and offer the best options to merchants.
- Provide feedback to the Product department for roadmap development.
- Develop a high knowledge of our internal platform and new products to provide all necessary information to prospectors.
**Experience and Qualifications**:
- You are a true salesperson, with at least 5 years of experience leading sales team in financial products or services.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics or similar.
- Proven experience selling Saas and/or Fintech solutions B2B.
- High knowledge of the FinTech industry and financial services (payment gateways solutions).
- Proficient level of English and Spanish.
- Excellent communication skills, team player and highly collaborative.
- Customer oriented person and curious (ability to understand complex products and regulation).
- Availability to travel if required.
