Account Executive Job Description

We are a company dedicated to bridging the gap between remote Latin American talent and businesses hiring globally.

Our team comprises of 20+ members spanning across four countries, working tirelessly to connect people with opportunities.

As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales plans to achieve targets, expanding revenue from existing accounts, creating new opportunities through outbound prospecting, closing inbound leads, building strong customer relationships, leveraging our network to get referrals, staying updated on industry trends, and becoming an expert in the staffing industry.

This is a financially rewarding opportunity with a competitive compensation structure – uncapped commission. If you can source and qualify leads effectively, your earning potential is substantial.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and execute sales plans to meet targets
* Expand revenue from existing accounts
* Create new opportunities through outbound prospecting
* Closing inbound leads
* Build and maintain long-lasting customer relationships
* Leverage our network to get referrals
* Stay updated on industry-specific landscapes and trends
* Become an expert in the staffing industry

* Native-like English level
* Ability to problem solve and manage time effectively
* A proactive mindset: always pursuing your next goal
* Motivated by commission and career growth
* Track record of exceeding quota as Sales Development Representative (SDR)
