The Brazil Country Sales Director will own strategic customer relationships, develop tailored procurement solutions, and drive market expansion across the MRO and industrial procurement landscape.Key responsibilities
Build and manage long-term relationships with strategic key accounts, developing a deep understanding of customer operations and procurement needs.
Design and propose tailored MRO/product and service solutions, coordinating internal resources to deliver end-to-end customer outcomes (from needs analysis to after-sales support).
Own country revenue performance: develop and execute key account sales strategy, growth plans, and pipeline actions to achieve targets.
Identify and convert new business opportunities through market insight, customer demand signals, and competitive awareness to grow market share.
Lead, coach, and develop a team of5–6 Key Account Sales Managers, raising capability, quality of execution, and customer experience.
Monitor market dynamics and competitor activity, adjusting account plans and commercial approach to maintain advantage.
Contribute to customer policy/process improvements, recommending practical changes that strengthen key account performance.Requirements
Bachelor’s degree (industrial engineering or related discipline preferred).
7+ yearsin B2 B sales / key account management / industrial product sales (MRO experience strongly preferred).
Strong communication and negotiation skills, able to independently manage senior stakeholders and complex customer needs.
Mandarin + English fluency required(additional languages a plus).
Strong business discipline: planning, reporting, and high-quality CRM/office tool usage.Interview process
