We're hiring! We are looking for a Platform Engineer based in Brazil to join a team responsible for building and maintaining the infrastructure that powers a growing ecosystem of legal technology products.
This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys working across cloud, automation, Kubernetes, GitOps, and observability, helping ensure that the platforms our development teams rely on are reliable, scalable, and secure.
You'll work across Microsoft Azure and on-premises datacenter environments, contributing to a modern hybrid infrastructure with strong focus on infrastructure-as-code, container orchestration, CI/CD, security, and AI-assisted engineering workflows.
We're looking for someone who is highly autonomous, communicates well in English, and is excited about using AI-assisted development tools as part of a modern infrastructure engineering workflow.
Responsibilities
* Design, provision, and maintain infrastructure across Azure and on-premises environments
* Manage and support Kubernetes clusters across hybrid environments
* Build and extend infrastructure automation using Terraform and Ansible
* Contribute to GitOps-based deployment and environment management workflows
* Support observability platforms for logs, metrics, dashboards, and alerting
* Collaborate with development teams to ensure infrastructure is secure, scalable, and aligned with product needs
* Help maintain CI/CD workflows and improve delivery consistency
* Contribute to platform reliability, security, and operational excellence
* Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented infrastructure code and technical documentation
* Use AI-assisted development tools to improve speed, quality, and delivery
Requirements
* Strong written and spoken English
* CNPJ in Brazil + ability to issue monthly Nota Fiscal
* 3-5 years of professional experience in Platform Engineering, DevOps, or Infrastructure Engineering
* Strong hands-on experience with Terraform
* Practical experience with Kubernetes in both cloud and on-prem environments
* Experience with GitOps tools such as ArgoCD or similar
* Hands-on experience with Ansible for provisioning, automation, and configuration management
* Good understanding of Azure Landing Zone concepts, including subscriptions, policy, networking, and governance
* Experience with CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or similar
* Strong understanding of infrastructure-as-code principles, including state management, module design, and drift detection
* Experience working with containerized workloads and deployment lifecycle management
* Good understanding of hybrid infrastructure and networking patterns between on-prem and Azure
* Working knowledge of Azure Active Directory B2C for identity and access management in multi-tenant environments
* Familiarity with WAF configuration, security rule management, and least-privilege access patterns
* Experience with secrets management and certificate handling
* Hands-on experience with observability tools such as Grafana and Loki
* Familiarity with metrics aggregation tools such as Grafana Mimir or similar
* Active use of AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, or similar
* Experience using AI tools to accelerate Terraform, Ansible, troubleshooting, documentation, and operational workflows
Nice to Have
* Experience with Azure Policy, Blueprints, or Defender for Cloud
* Familiarity with service mesh technologies such as Istio or Linkerd
* Exposure to compliance-heavy environments such as SOC 2, ISO 27001, or HIPAA
* Experience in legal tech or other enterprise / compliance-sensitive SaaS environments
