 
        
        **Job Title:** Senior Talent Acquisition Strategist
Serving as a senior-level talent acquisition professional, you will act as a strategic liaison between clients and our organization. This role requires strong stakeholder management skills, operational insight, and leadership capabilities.
You will have a background in full-cycle recruiting or HR roles with a focus on recruitment and proven experience in client-facing roles.
The ideal candidate will build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and senior stakeholders, offering strategic consulting and data-driven recommendations.
You will oversee the performance of the recruitment delivery team, ensuring all service level agreements and key performance indicators are consistently met.
Key responsibilities include:
 * Acting as the primary point of contact between clients and our organization
 * Building and maintaining strong relationships with hiring managers and senior stakeholders
 * Overseeing the performance of the recruitment delivery team
 * Analyzing operational data and identifying trends to proactively solve issues and drive improvements in recruiting processes
Required qualifications include:
 * Minimum 5 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting or HR roles with a strong emphasis on talent acquisition
 * Previous experience in staffing, RPO, or talent consulting firms (e.g., Randstad, Adecco, Manpower)
 * Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
 * Native Portuguese, Fluent in English (Spanish is a plus)
