This role supports the planning, organization, and execution of advertising projects for U.S. immigration-based recruitment services to law firms across the United States.
The ideal candidate will be highly organized, proactive, and skilled at coordinating across teams and stakeholders to keep projects on track.
* Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for seamless project delivery
* Conduct quality assurance functions that involve the thorough review of documents for accuracy and consistency
* Ensure timely and within-scope project completion
* Measure project performance using appropriate systems and tools
* Manage relationships with clients and all stakeholders
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Strong educational background and relevant work experience
* Proven ability to balance multiple ongoing projects
* Excellent communication skills and fluency in spoken and written English
* Comfortable working independently and collaboratively, as well as with remote teams
This is a fully remote position with Eastern Standard Time (United States time zone) working hours and requires access to reliable internet.
