Solar Energy Sales Professional
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Solar Energy Sales Professional to join our team.
As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales of solar PV modules in Brazil or Mexico. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of our company while making a positive impact on the environment.
* Main Responsibilities:
* • Drive sales of solar PV modules in Brazil or Mexico, achieving annual sales targets.
* • Develop local distributor, EPC contractor, and utility-scale project developer networks.
* • Design regional sales strategies and execute marketing campaigns (e.g., trade shows, technical seminars).
* • Manage end-to-end client relationships, including negotiation, contracting, and payment follow-up.
* • Collaborate with internal technical and logistics teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
* • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to inform business strategy.
Requirements
* • Fluency in English & Spanish (Mexico) or English & Portuguese (Brazil). Chinese language skills are a plus.
* • 3-5 years of sales experience in the solar panel market, with a strong network in the local solar market.
* • Proven track record in B2B sales, preferably in utility-scale or C&I solar projects.
* • Strong negotiation skills and team leadership experience is a plus.
