Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:
Project Management: Work closely with customer stakeholders to understand project scope and ensure documentation meets defined standards.

* Conduct regular updates through weekly status reports and monthly business reviews.
* Proactively identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring service level agreements are met and service credits/penalties avoided.
Team Leadership: Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project delivery processes and methodologies.
* Utilize conflict resolution and negotiation tactics to maintain high performance within service teams.
* Establish and monitor key performance indicators as performance metrics for team members.
* Support hiring resources for various tracks and ensure statements of work are signed and invoices cleared on-time.
