The Role
We’re seeking a motivated and results-driven Paid Media & Marketing Expert to join our team. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker who can combine data-driven media buying with creative campaign execution. You will play a key role in expanding our client base, enhancing our service offerings, and driving measurable outcomes across digital channels.
Responsibilities
* Develop and execute paid media strategies (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.) tailored to client goals.
* Manage ad campaigns end-to-end: setup, optimization, budget management, and reporting.
* Collaborate with our creative team to align messaging, visuals, and campaign objectives.
* Analyze campaign performance data to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
* Drive lead generation and conversions for both client campaigns and Earned Media Productions’ own initiatives.
* Stay on top of digital marketing trends, platform updates, and emerging ad technologies.
Qualifications
* Proven experience in paid media buying and performance marketing (agency or in-house).
* Strong knowledge of analytics tools (Google Analytics, Ads Manager, attribution platforms).
* Ability to balance creative thinking with ROI-driven execution.
* Excellent communication skills and client-facing experience.
* Familiarity with AI tools, marketing automation, or interest in innovation is a plus.
