**DESCRIPTION**:
Amazon Global Selling has been helping individuals and businesses increase sales and reach new customers around the globe. Today, more than 50% of Amazon's total unit sales come from third-party selection. The Global Selling into Latam team is responsible for international Sellers’ success and growth on Amazon. Our vision is to be the first choice for all types of Global businesses to join Latam.
Key job responsibilities
- Initiate, define, plan and manage the roll out of the program features and enhancements for a new product in the cross border space at Amazon.
- Build Services to help sellers comply with local legislation
- Own weekly and monthly reporting on the state of the initiatives you own. Utilize metrics to deep-dive into issues and uncover business-driving trends and patterns
- Manage engagement with multiple stakeholders in US, China, Latam, EU including Tax, Legal, Operations, Tech, Seller Services and FBA.
A day in the life
Review recurring business metrics and propose improvements.
Programs, process and products continuous improvement;
Work with international product teams to identify Seller Experience improvements.
Work with external partners to simplify tax compliance for international sellers in Latam.
**BASIC QUALIFICATIONS**:
- Experience in product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
- Experience with end to end product delivery
- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
- Experience as a product manager or owner
**PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS**:
- Experience in influencing senior leadership through data driven insights
- Experience working across functional teams and senior stakeholders
