Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Production Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of the production department, you will be responsible for coordinating and supporting the production process from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop production plans and determine workflow requirements
* Collaborate with production executives to manage and support TVD licensed and in-house productions
* Facilitate communication and information sharing between departments
* Supervise editorial and technical aspects of original production shows
* Review and correct scripts and shows for manager approval
* Attend shoots to evaluate production company performance and resources
* Manage post-production and delivery timetables
* Coordinate travel arrangements for cast, crew, and production executives
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Communication (Journalism or Radio & TV) or Cinema
* Fluent speaking, writing, and reading skills in English and Spanish
* At least two years' experience as a production assistant or related experience in TV
* Experience in digital content creation, video editing, and MS Office environments
* Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills
