Job Description
As a mechanical engineer, you will be responsible for defining concepts and technical specifications for new products and updates, ensuring technical feasibility, cost-effectiveness, and quality.
* Experience in automotive product development;
* CAD tools (NX is preferable) and integration knowledge;
* CAE (FEA, Flowtherm, Moldflow) knowledge;
* Mechanical components, devices, and injection mold development knowledge;
You will develop and implement mechanical solutions in products and processes, considering deadlines, cost, and performance.
Additionally, you will research and propose new technologies, concepts, and production devices in collaboration with the engineering team. You will oversee homologation and validation tests, analyzing failures and suggesting continuous improvements, as well as monitor industry trends and contribute to innovation projects and new product development.
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related fields;
* Advanced English; location flexibility required for meetings with cross-functional areas worldwide.
Differential Skillset
Experience with automotive harness background, designing vehicle wiring and harness assemblies, harness manufacture, assembly, and installation.
