We are seeking a results-driven Sales Representative to promote our solutions, build strong client relationships, and drive revenue growth.
Role Overview
As a Business Developer at Solvedex, you will connect potential customers with solutions that address their business challenges. You will identify new opportunities, lead consultative conversations, demonstrate our products and services, and close deals that drive revenue growth.
This role requires a proactive and results-oriented professional who understands the full customer journey — from awareness to retention — and is motivated to achieve sales targets in a fast-paced, growth-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Maintain in-depth knowledge of Solvedex products, services, and value propositions
* Identify and prospect new customers through outbound and inbound efforts
* Interview prospective clients to understand their business needs and pain points
* Convert qualified leads into sales opportunities
* Contact existing customers to discuss evolving needs and identify upsell or reactivation opportunities
* Conduct product demonstrations and explain how our solutions solve client challenges
* Prepare and present quotes, proposals, and tailored sales presentations
* Negotiate pricing, contract terms, and agreements
* Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing
* Build and maintain long-term customer relationships
* Accurately document activities and pipeline progress in CRM systems
* Represent Solvedex at virtual or in-person trade shows and networking events when applicable
Required Qualifications
* 2–4+ years of experience in sales, preferably in technology or B2B services
* Experience selling Talent-as-a-Service (TaaS) or similar service-based solutions is highly preferred
* Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
* Strong consultative selling and negotiation skills
* Experience managing the full sales cycle
* Excellent communication and presentation abilities
* Comfortable working remotely and independently
* Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, or similar)
* Fluent in Spanish and English (Portuguese is a plus)
* Based in LATAM
