Key Responsibilities:
* Drive architecture decisions for ServiceNow configuration and development to ensure optimal performance and scalability.
* Lead external partners responsible for ServiceNow development and application management, providing strategic guidance and oversight.
* Execute configuration, development, and administration tasks within ServiceNow, leveraging technical expertise to deliver high-quality solutions.
* Collaborate closely with the ServiceNow expert, Enterprise Architect, and Process Owners to ensure alignment with strategic roadmaps and project scopes.
* Analyze module usage, integrations, and platform capabilities across ServiceNow modules, including SPM, ITSM, ITOM, HR, VR, and custom applications.
* E nsure platform design adheres to best practices, minimizing unnecessary customization or technical debt.
* Presents BEXIT as a subject matter expert in cross-functional meetings and initiatives, driving business value through ServiceNow adoption.
* Training: Provide comprehensive training on ServiceNow to end-users, technical staff, and architects, promoting proficiency and efficiency.
