Job Title: Principal Digital Product Designer
We are seeking an innovative and skilled Principal Digital Product Designer to drive the continuous evolution of our SaaS product.
* Design user-centric interfaces, wireframes, and high-fidelity UI for web-based SaaS products with a focus on usability and visual consistency.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers and engineers to shape features from concept to delivery.
* Apply UX principles to simplify complex, data-heavy or financial interfaces and improve overall customer experience.
* Maintain and evolve design systems and UI components to ensure scalability and efficiency.
* Iterate quickly in a fast-paced environment and incorporate feedback from stakeholders to inform design decisions.
* Support marketing initiatives by designing visual assets and creating engaging content that aligns with business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement comprehensive UX strategies to enhance user engagement and retention.
* Work closely with product managers to identify business requirements and translate them into actionable design solutions.
* Conduct user research and analysis to inform design decisions and ensure alignment with business objectives.

* Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve design skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
* 5+ years of experience in digital product design with a strong portfolio of work.
* Excellent understanding of UX design principles and human-centered design methodologies.
* Strong collaboration and communication skills with ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
* Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and InVision.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
