Job Summary
You will manage projects, interacting with clients via email, phone, or WeChat about their needs. You will work with colleagues to ensure client expectations are met and identify suitable linguists for each project.
Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in a related field
* Fluency in English and an additional language is a bonus
* Experience with CRM systems
* Excellent communication and client service skills
* Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
* Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
