Endpoint Manager Lead
We are seeking a seasoned IT leader to oversee the endpoint management of 600+ corporate devices. This role requires a relentless focus on automation, efficiency, and compliance across multiple security frameworks.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and mentor a team of endpoint engineers in maintaining Windows and macOS endpoints using NinjaOne.
* Develop and implement automation initiatives to reduce manual processes and minimize end-user contact time.
* Ensure endpoints meet compliance requirements through regular audits and reporting.
* Promote best practices in endpoint security policies and procedures.
Requirements
* At least 2 years of people management experience in IT or technical teams.
* 5+ years of hands-on endpoint management experience with NinjaOne or similar platforms.
* Strong proficiency in developing and implementing automation tools.
This is a fully remote position requiring occasional meetings across global time zones and possible on-call rotation participation for critical issues. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and leadership skills, as well as the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
