You’ll lead with purpose, breaking down barriers to innovation in a more connected, compassionate world.A Day in the LifeIn this role, you will liaise with the corporate team of one of Medtronic's major clients, managing national projects to monitor and measure sell-in and sell-out volumes, analyze demand versus consumption, generate reports by hospital, inventory levels, segmentation by procedure and product curve, as well as distribution across hospitals and internal sales versus quota per hospital.At Medtronic, you will represent our mission in the field: alleviating pain, restoring health, and prolonging patients' lives. As part of our team, you will directly contribute to this legacy, transforming medical challenges into therapeutic achievements.Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Perform analysis by account, hospital, geography, and surgery to identify opportunities for increasing consumption and market share, supporting corporate projects for developing new opportunities.Monitor surgical maps by hospital and consolidate surgeries to support focus, attention, and demand planning.Consolidate and analyze project data, follow up on actions, and create and track metrics to ensure execution aligns with expected results.Support product allocation and distribution management among hospitals, considering centralized purchasing and varying demands across territories.Track performance of bonuses, loans, and demonstrations related to project agreements nationwide, mapping performance by territory and providing dashboards for visibility and management.Share best practices by therapy, product, and success stories across hospitals, territories, and teams.Serve as the primary contact for clarifying commercial questions regarding products, portfolio, and inventory status for clients.Required Experience and Knowledge:Complete higher educationAdvanced English proficiencyKnowledge in Power BI and advanced ExcelDriver's license category BExperience in projects involving increased sales volume and market share growthWe Offer:Benefits:Recognized as a Great Place to Work (GPTW), Medtronic ranked 10th among best companies to work in industry and services in 2022.
