Job Summary:

Responsibilities
* Supervise and guide a team of assistants, analysts, and other staff members;
* Ensure the execution of logistics routines, including checklists, inventory management, vehicle organization, and customer demand handling;
* Guarantee vehicle management and report potential risks to the GRC area;
* Plan and manage daily demands for the team and third-party services;
* Monitor performance indicators and ensure optimal results;
* Control attendance, leave, overtime, and holiday records for team members;
* Ensure communication between shifts and departments;
* Promote individual development and feedback among team members;
* Encourage a 5S culture and workplace safety;
Requirements
* Desirable higher education in Engineering, Administration, or related fields;
* Previous experience in people management;
* Previous experience in Fleet Management, Logistics, and/or Transportation;
* Knowledge of informatics (Google Docs, Sheets, Slides);
* Analytical profile with problem-solving skills;
* Hands-on profile with good execution capacity on-site (factory floor);
* Flexible profile open to process and operation changes;
* Good communication skills (empathetic, clear, and objective);
* Good negotiation and conflict mediation skills;
* Ability to lead and motivate teams, promoting continuous development and feedback;
