About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated professional to fill the position of Client Growth Manager. This role involves building and maintaining long-term, valuable relationships with our existing and potential clients.
The ideal candidate will be the main point of contact for multiple assigned accounts and will oversee the continued development of business from onboarding through the lifetime of the account on our platform.
This position requires expertise in facilitating the adaptation of our clients to our platform. The primary objective is to assist in revenue-generating opportunities while providing exceptional support to ensure our partners' confidence in our services.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist all accounts daily in navigating our platform, including introducing new and existing features, addressing issues, and resolving concerns.
* Foster continued business with accounts by nurturing relationships and providing unmatched value.
* Communicate effectively with accounts via chats or video calls to address their issues and follow up until resolutions are met.
* Work independently towards account satisfaction and collaborate with team members across various departments when necessary.
* Track daily tasks and report weekly performance according to assigned KPIs.
* Engage in ongoing self-education to stay updated on industry knowledge and platform features.

* Demonstrated experience in direct response marketing.

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

* Effective time management, planning, and prioritization skills.
* High organizational capabilities.
* Able to learn quickly.
* Bilingual (English and Portuguese) with Spanish fluency preferred.
