System Design and Support Role
We are seeking an experienced System Engineer to join our team, with a focus on designing, installing, configuring, and supporting complex systems technologies.
Main Responsibilities:
* Design and implement scalable system architectures for enterprise environments.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality business solutions.
* Analyze client requirements and provide expert technical guidance.
* Maintain accurate documentation of system configurations and modifications.
* Ensure seamless integration of new technologies into existing infrastructures.
* Develop and implement effective support processes to resolve client issues efficiently.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
* 4+ years of experience in Systems Engineering with a strong background in Microsoft 365.
* Proven expertise in Intune, mobile device management, and MFA solutions.
* Familiarity with Windows Server and desktop operating systems.
* Solid understanding of IT service management principles and best practices.
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Requirements:
* 3–4 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft 365.
* Strong background in Intune and mobile device management.
* Proficiency with MFA and/or Single Sign-On solutions.
* Solid understanding of Windows Server and desktop operating systems.
