We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow developer to join our team. As a key member of our technical staff, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining ITSM workflows and modules.
The ideal candidate will have experience with platform administration, including user management, roles, and permissions. You will also assist in integrations and customizations as needed, collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to deliver solutions, participate in testing and deployment activities, and ensure best practices in coding, testing, and deployment.
Key Responsibilities:
 * Design, develop, and maintain ITSM workflows and modules.
 * Perform platform administration tasks, including user management, roles, and permissions.
 * Assist in integrations and customizations as needed.
 * Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to deliver solutions.
 * Participate in testing and deployment activities.
 * Ensure best practices in coding, testing, and deployment.
 * Troubleshoot and resolve platform issues.
 * Maintain documentation for development and configuration.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
 * 3-5 years of ServiceNow development experience with ITSM focus.
 * Experience with platform administration and configuration.
 * Proficient in JavaScript, Glide API, and ServiceNow scripting.
 * Familiarity with ITIL processes and best practices.
 * Proficient in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Glide API, REST/SOAP integrations, and ServiceNow scripting.
 * Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
 * Ability to establish strong relationships internally and externally.
 * Experience with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
 * Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
 * Experience with AI, Virtual Agent, Robot Process Automation (RPA)
Desired Certifications:
 * Certified System Administrator (CSA)
 * Certified Application Developer (CAD) (preferred)
