Activities Leading the design and implementation of CI/CD pipelines: As a Senior DevOps, you’ll play a key role in architecting and optimizing CI/CD pipelines to ensure robust, scalable, and efficient software delivery processes. You’ll be a reference in improving release cycles and guaranteeing high-quality deployments through automation and best practices. Owning and scaling cloud infrastructure: You’ll manage and evolve our cloud infrastructure, including provisioning, configuration, performance tuning, and monitoring. Your expertise will ensure that our infrastructure is secure, resilient, and optimized for high availability and cost efficiency. Driving DevOps culture and practices: You’ll foster a DevOps mindset by strengthening the collaboration between development and operations teams. This includes implementing processes and tools that enable fast feedback loops, shared ownership, and continuous improvement. Mentoring and guiding team members: As a senior professional, you’ll be expected to support and mentor less experienced team members, share knowledge, and influence architectural decisions and technical direction across projects.
