 
        
        A chance to be a leader in our organization. We are looking for a skilled professional to act as the product owner of our cartões PJ solution.
Location: 100% remote, but preferably based in Brasília, DF.
Contract model: CLT.
Responsibilities:
You will be the representative of our business team and will work closely with our squads of technology to ensure that our solutions meet the needs of our corporate clients.
You will be responsible for managing and prioritizing the technical and functional backlog, aligned with our OKRs and strategic goals.
You will translate business requirements into clear and technical user stories.
You will participate in agile ceremonies (planning, refinement, review, retrospection).
You will monitor the development of APIs, integrations, and functionalities for our corporate cards.
You will track KPIs of the product (activation, usage, retention, NPS) and propose continuous improvements.
You will ensure compliance with LGPD, compliance, and good software architecture practices.
You will collaborate with areas of business, UX/UI, architecture, and external partners to ensure delivery of value.
You will support strategies for rollout, adoption, and maintenance of solutions alongside commercial and operational areas.
Requirements:
Experience as a product owner or digital product management (preferably in the financial sector).
Knowledge of solutions for credit, debit, and benefit cards targeted at corporate clients.
Domain knowledge in agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and tools like Jira, Confluence, Trello Familiarity with software architecture, APIs, microservices, and integrations.
Analytical capacity and strategic vision to make data-driven decisions.
Excellent communication skills with technical teams and business stakeholders.

Previous experience in digital products for the corporate segment.
Experience in environments of digital transformation in banks or fintechs.
