Role Overview
This role involves providing technical assistance and troubleshooting support for video delivery issues on various platforms. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills to identify root causes and resolve service tickets efficiently.
The successful candidate will also be responsible for building custom Python scripts to simulate app launch, login, and playback behavior. Additionally, they will need to triage complex issues across multiple applications and set up dashboards to monitor the health of the ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide technical assistance and issue spotting for video delivery on various platform apps
* Analyse root cause and fix service tickets as per standard operating procedures
* Build Custom Python Scripts to simulate app launch, login, and playback behavior
* Triage Complex issues across the various applications responsible for Video Delivery
* Setup Dashbaords and Configure Alerts to Monitor the Health of the Ecosystem
