We are seeking an experienced IT Specialist to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, configuring, and maintaining computer hardware, software, systems, and networks for all employees. This includes providing timely troubleshooting and resolution for Windows, macOS, and mobile devices.
Key responsibilities include:
* Managing user accounts, permissions, and access controls across multiple SaaS platforms
* Serving as the first point of contact for internal IT support requests
* Monitoring and maintaining endpoint security, including antivirus, firewalls, VPNs, and MFA
* Assisting with cloud infrastructure management, data backup, and disaster recovery planning
In addition to these responsibilities, the successful candidate will also have the opportunity to:
* Support the deployment and integration of new productivity and collaboration tools
* Document processes, create user guides, and train staff on new technologies and best practices
* Collaborate with leadership to evaluate and implement new tools that enhance productivity and security
To be successful in this role, you will need strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills, as well as excellent interpersonal and communication skills. You will also need to be able to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
A bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is required, along with relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft 365 Fundamentals (MS-900), or Google IT Support Professional Certificate.
