Financial Planning Analyst Role
The Financial Planning and Analysis team at Teachable is looking for an FP&A analyst to join our dynamic, cross-cultural team.
We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented individual who can assess financial opportunities and help us make informed business decisions. As an FP&A analyst, you will have the opportunity to work closely with various teams, including finance, HR, and operations.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
* Developing and maintaining labour-related forecasts and actuals;
* Supporting the buildup of balance sheet accounts and cash flow statements;
* Collaborating with HR and other teams on workforce planning and analyzing financial data;
* Owning labour reporting packages consolidated by our FP&A team and sent to our parent company, Hotmart, on a monthly basis;
* Providing continuous improvements on tools and analysis methodologies, elevating visibility to key stakeholders;
To be successful in this role, you will need strong Excel skills, experience with SQL and database management, and the ability to handle multiple projects and analyze large volumes of data.
