We are looking for an experienced SAP Cut Over Lead with strong leadership and communication skills to drive the critical transitionThis role will be responsible for orchestrating all activities required to migrate the current SAP ECC 6.0 environment to SAP S/4HANA, ensuring business continuity and data integrity throughout the transition.The position requires on-site presence 3 days per week at offices in São Paulo and close collaboration with key project stakeholders.Key ResponsibilitiesCutover Strategy & PlanningDefine and document the detailed Cutover Plan (hour-by-hour, step-by-step), covering technical, functional, and business tasks.Coordinate Dry Runs to validate timelines and identify potential risks.Work with the Project PMO to define contingency plans and Go/No-Go criteria.Stakeholder ManagementAct as the main point of contact between the implementation team and business leaders.Negotiate Blackout periods (operational freeze) with Supply Chain, Finance, and Sales teams, minimizing business disruption.Provide clear and proactive communication on transition progress to senior leadership.Execution & Go-LiveLead the Command Center during the Go-Live phase.Manage and resolve real-time issues during data migration and configuration transports.Ensure alignment with the project PMO and that the business is fully prepared for Day 1 operations.RequirementsExperience: 2–3 full-cycle SAP implementations, preferably S/4HANA, leading the Cutover process.Methodology: Strong knowledge of SAP Activate.Process Knowledge: Understanding of PTP (Procure-to-Pay) and RTR (Record-to-Report) processes, including data migration (ETL).Stakeholder Management: Ability to engage with C-Level executives, Directors, and business leaders.Soft Skills: Strong leadership, collaboration, and decision-making under pressure.Languages: Fluent Portuguese and advanced English preferred.Location: São Paulo, Brazil (mandatory).
