Job Overview
We are seeking a seasoned Product Designer to join our team and contribute to the development of innovative digital products for the B2B software market.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead product design processes from discovery to high-fidelity UI design;
* Collaborate with Product Management and Engineering to define product requirements and translate them into user-centered design solutions;
* Design intuitive interfaces for complex cybersecurity tools and SaaS products, focusing on usability, scalability, and performance;
* Conduct user research, usability testing, and heuristic evaluations to validate design decisions and optimize user experience;
* Work closely with stakeholders to align design goals with business objectives, technical constraints, and customer needs;
* Create and maintain design systems and UI libraries to ensure consistency and efficiency across the product suite;
* Mentor junior designers and provide design critique and feedback within the team.
Requirements
* Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and practices;
* Portfolio showcasing expertise in end-to-end product design processes;
* Experience working with cross-functional teams, including Product Management, Engineering, and stakeholders;
* Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD;
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills;
* Able to work in an agile environment and adapt to changing priorities;
* Demonstrated ability to mentor and guide junior designers.
