Job Title: Technical Program Manager
This role requires a highly skilled individual to manage delivery for key customers across various technological tracks.
* Manage projects to ensure timely, within-scope, and budget-friendly delivery by collaborating with technology teams.
* Work closely with customer stakeholders to clarify project scope and document it according to established standards.
* Lead cross-functional teams and foster a collaborative work environment that promotes productivity.
* Maintain regular communication with customers through WSRs and conduct MBRs and QBRs as needed.
* Achieve high levels of customer satisfaction.
Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Oversee projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring they meet set criteria for quality, efficiency, and client satisfaction.
2. Collaborate with customers to define project objectives and deliverables, then track progress against agreed-upon goals.
3. Supervise and lead cross-functional teams in the implementation of technological solutions.
4. Partner with PMO to develop and implement quality control processes that uphold industry standards.
5. Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, managing expectations and fostering relationships to drive business growth.
6. Hold bi-weekly meetings with customers and management to review project status, discuss challenges, and identify opportunities for improvement.
7. Adapt customer-specific processes and methodologies to optimize project delivery.
8. Proactively assess and mitigate risks that could impact project timelines, budgets, or client satisfaction.
9. Evaluate team performance against service level agreements (SLAs) and work with the team to avoid penalties.
10. Develop and execute initiatives to continually enhance project delivery processes, best practices, and methodologies.
11. Leverage effective conflict resolution and negotiation techniques to maintain top-notch team performance.
12. Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics for measuring team member success.
13. Support the hiring process by working closely with TAG teams to identify the right talent for specific roles.
14. Ensure seamless communication with finance teams and customers regarding contract execution and invoicing.
15. Regularly collaborate with individual team members to showcase their contributions and gather feedback on their performance, making necessary adjustments to drive success.
16. Identify business opportunities and work with stakeholders to create tailored proposals outlining solution offerings and financial details.
