* Hands-on development or coding experience.
* A proven track record of managing teams of Technical Architects, Developers, QA professionals, and Business Analysts.
* Experience with Microsoft DevOps and Agile metrics.
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering projects on time and within scope, overseeing all phases of the SDLC, and motivating cross-functional teams to achieve common goals.
