Job Title: Recruitment Team Lead
The position of a recruitment team lead involves direct collaboration with the CEO to transform ideas into completed projects. This role requires the ability to attend meetings with clients, candidates, and internal stakeholders and ensure seamless post-meeting follow-ups.
* Manage the day-to-day activities related to recruiting in CRM software, including job orders, candidate pipelines, and client updates.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date information across various platforms, such as LinkedIn RPS, Crelate, and lead spreadsheets.
This position demands strong written and verbal communication skills in English, as well as an understanding of American business culture and experience working with US-based companies in operations and/or account/project management support.
