Financial Modeling Specialist
This role involves working closely with senior partners to deliver high-quality financial models and support deal execution.
Key Responsibilities:
* Analyzing large datasets to develop a comprehensive understanding of clients' financial performance.
* Building complex financial models (3-statement, DCF, LBO, accretion/dilution) to assess various capital structures, debt instruments, and valuation scenarios.
* Developing strategic recommendations and supporting creative transaction structures.
* Collaborating with clients, advisors, and internal teams to provide regular updates on deal progress, outstanding issues, and strategic recommendations.
* Coordinating due diligence processes, monitoring timelines, and handling data flow among stakeholders.
* Preparing transaction documentation including confidentiality agreements, term sheets, and final marketing materials for prospective investors or acquirers.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Professional fluency in English.
* +2 years of experience in front-office investment banking.
* Excellent analytical, financial modeling, and critical thinking skills.
* Strong work ethic, communication, presentation, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
* Self-motivated and results-oriented with a track record of achieving goals.
* Bachelor's and/or master's degree in an analytical field from a reputable college.
