Product Strategist
The role of Product Strategist is to own and prioritize the product backlog for Loyalty and Marketing Automation initiatives. This involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions that meet business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
* Drive Implementation: Drive the implementation of Loyalty and Marketing Automation platforms to achieve business goals.
* Agile Ceremonies: Facilitate agile ceremonies and ensure timely, value-driven delivery.
Requirements:
* 5-8 Years' Experience: 5–8 years' experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar in marketing tech or CRM.
* Agile Methodology: Strong grasp of Agile methodology and sprint management.
* MarTech Tools: Familiarity with MarTech tools – CDPs, loyalty/promo engines, and automation platforms.
* Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish or Portuguese.
* Agile Certification: Agile certification (CSPO, SAFe PO/PM) is a plus.
