Our comprehensive services include consulting, recruitment, professional training and certifications via K2 University, and innovative platform solutions for connecting talent and opportunities.About the RoleSAP SuccessFactors Onboarding ConsultantResponsibilities- Map HR processes to SuccessFactors functionality (e.G., hiring, onboarding, payroll triggers).- Employee Central (EC): Foundation objects, workflows, business rules, position management.- Recruiting Management (RCM): Job requisitions, candidate pipeline, interview scheduling.- Payroll (SAP or 3rd party systems).- SAP ERP/S4HANA (using Boomi, CPI, or Point-to-Point).- Identity providers for SSO and provisioning.- Use tools like Integration Center, Middleware (Boomi/CPI), and API tools.- Perform unit testing, integration testing, and support UAT (User Acceptance Testing).- Assist HR users in validating workflows, reports, and data migration results.- Document test cases and expected outcomes.- Collaborate with global HR, IT, and functional leads.- Provide input for project planning, timelines, and resource needs.- Participate in daily/weekly meetings, status reporting, and risk tracking.Required Skills3 - 5 years of experience with SAP SuccessFactorsExperience with Onboarding 1.0 & 2.0Recruiting Marketing is a mustBased in Brazil or Colombia
