Position:
We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Commercial Supervisor to lead our sales team. The Supervisor will coordinate and drive sales activities, ensuring goals are met and exceeded.
Requirements:
* Complete higher education in administration, Commercial Management, or related fields.
* Proficiency in Office Suite (Excel, Power BI, PowerPoint, Windows, etc.).
* Knowledge in Sales Management software.
* Reside in Santa Catarina, preferably Florianópolis.
Activities:
* Manage direct team of Salespeople/RCAs and indirect team (Distributors).
* Guide teams to achieve company goals.
* Monitor delivery requests, logistics, and credit processes, and identify customer needs.
* Negotiate prices and deadlines.
* Supervise and guide sales representatives to meet sales targets.
* Assess individual performance, provide feedback, and support skill development.
* Develop and implement sales strategies tailored to Santa Catarina's markets.
* Build strong relationships with key clients, identify business opportunities, and ensure customer satisfaction.
* Analyze sales data and market trends to identify growth opportunities and adjust strategies.
* Collaborate with marketing and logistics departments for integrated business approaches.
* Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
