We are seeking a seasoned IT Technical Recruiter to join our global operations in Latin America (LATAM). Our team is dedicated to building long-lasting connections between exceptional talent and visionary organizations.
Job Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement strategic recruitment plans to source top-tier technical candidates.
* Utilize creative sourcing strategies, including social media, job boards, and professional networks, to build a robust candidate pipeline.
* Promote job openings across relevant platforms and maintain accurate data within the applicant tracking system (ATS).
* Collaborate closely with hiring managers and internal stakeholders to deliver high-quality candidates in a timely manner.
* Design and execute scalable recruitment processes to support business growth and expansion.
Requirements:
* A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, preferably in an agency setting or a fast-paced tech environment.
* Demonstrated success in recruiting for diverse Information Technology roles.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a strong ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook, as well as modern ATS systems.
* Familiarity with technology trends and a passion for working with technical professionals.
