Job Title: Senior Project Manager
Overview:
As a senior project manager, you will lead cross-functional teams in the delivery of complex software projects. You will be responsible for managing project schedules and ensuring timely and within-scope delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead project planning, execution, and closure activities
* Develop and manage project schedules, resource allocation
* Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure successful project outcomes
* Manage and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies
* Develop and maintain project documentation
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or Business Administration
* Minimum 8 years of IT project management experience in an Agile Scrum environment
* Hands-on development or coding experience
* Proven track record of managing teams of technical architects, developers, QA professionals, and business analysts
* Experience with Agile metrics and user stories
* Ability to perform business analysis, including requirements gathering and process documentation
* Exceptional communication skills
